HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
You need to feel comfortable with the coach if coaching is to be successful. So, Colin will suggest a coach to have a free 30-minute, no-obligation compatibility conversation with. If you and the coach are happy to proceed, Colin will then book you in for some coaching.

There isn't much to prepare. Just come as you are and chat to us about what you are looking for, and what approach you might find helpful. If you're not sure, don't worry, we can explore that with you!
We offer 60, 90 and 120 minute consultations. You can book a one-off or a series of sessions.
The cost will vary depending on the length and how many sessions.

Our coaching is £100 an hour or £180 for a two-hour session. Booking 5 x 2-hour sessions in advance has the reduced price of £165 a session. Booking 5 x 1-hour sessions in advance has the reduced price of £90 a session.
We know budgets are tight, so if these costs are prohibitive, please have a conversation with us. We do have a few pro-bono and reduced fee places, so just speak to us. We are here to help.
It is five 1-hour coaching sessions that help you explore your:

a) Passionate Purpose;
b) Values to live by
c) Strengths that energise you and others
d) Foundation stones that build resilience
e) Way to live these out and spot the 'rub' and how to manage it
​
The cost is £480 which includes a Strengthsfinder assessment.
This is five 90-minute coaching sessions to help you overcome a situation that is holding you back in life and to ReNEW confidence in yourself. The sessions help you to:

ReVIEW what happened and understand it better (2 sessions)

ReFRAME what happened
-
ReBUILD yourself (1 session) and a way forward (1 session)
This costs £600 and includes 3 ReNEW review videos with further reflection for yourself.
WHERE DOES COACHING TAKE PLACE?
There are two options:
1. Everyday Coaching is based in Suffolk, but we coach people from all over the world via Zoom.
2. If you are local to one of our coaches, we can arrange face-to-face sessions. Geographically, we have coaches based in Suffolk, Bedfordshire, London and Yorkshire.
